Do you test app as native?
Please give us app public link.
What OS version do you have?

Thank you Alena. App is called BlockFacts and has been shared. Did not test as native as this is a pure-web app. IOS is latest (7.1.2). To replicate:

  1. Use Bob as password and click Log in
  2. Allow maiden voyage process
  3. When map is shown, click home icon (second from left on header)
  4. Click second item (assess custom location)
  5. Enter Florida State University and click Get custom location
  6. Note that Please wait footer is in middle of screen, rather than at bottom
  7. After map is shown, note that if you click Get custom location, the footer does stay at bottom
    Thanks again.

Dear Robert,

Unfortunately, right now I have no access to iOS 7.1.2. We've tested this on iOS 7.0.4 and footer stays at bottom position. We'll update the thread as soon as have a needed device.

Hi Robert,

If you don't mind.
In case we reproduce this behaviour we'll pass the issue to our developers.

I'm not certain of this, but I think the issue may have to do with an iPhone/IOS bug in converting a Safari page to a home page of the home screen. I'm noticing that changes in my app are being properly reflected when the app is run in iPhone Safari's normal mode. But when I make the app appear on my home page screen, an older version of the app seems to be loaded - even when I clear the Safari cache and data/cookies and use a new home page name. If I become sure that this is causing my problem on the footer issue, I will report back here.
