How to deactivate fixed header and footer ?

I added the css but it didnt work, I am trying to run this app as demo web app on iphone, so the app is running in safari, maybe this is the reason.

Hello Michael! I tested your app in Safari browser and looks like this issue is not reproducible for me (iPhone 4/iOS7). When I tap in Input field keyboard appears, footer mooves up, but I can see Input fields and enter login/email. Could you send us screenshot of this issue?

thanks for testing,
here is a s/s, the footer moves up above the inputs, looks terrible, would it be possible to hide the footer when the input is focused on and show on unfocus or something like that?
