I'm just tried following:
Create APK from your app.
Install it on Device.
Send push. And get success. Details: http://prntscr.com/58gfv0/direct
Got push on device.
So it seems to be push working.
May be you have some older app version on your device? If so please - rebuild apk and reinstall it.

I am having a similar problem.
My android app sends push fine, I used to get notification messages fine, but it suddenly stopped.
I've deleted the app from the android device, generated an APK several times, I've renewed the google cloud API key.
I've tried to send a push notification, manually.
The appery.io system says "push sent" ok, but it doesn't seem to arrive on the device. My ios applications work perfectly.
Anything I'm overlooking?

Please try following:
Delete current device item from Devices collection.
Install apk on your android device.
In your Device collection should appear new line with current device id.
Make sure you have correct token for this new row.
