The Android installer do crash trying to install the exported apk.

I am very sorry about this problem! The issue is reported as a Critical bug. I am checking the status on a daily basis, but there is no update yet.

I really don't know what to do.
My customer can't use my app.
If i change its structure, Appery will loose the possibility to find from where the problems arise. Those are two grave platform problems:

• not installable apk

• compiled app that stop to work due to proxy problems
  I think is a good idea for Appery to find where they are from.

  If i begin to change the app, the developer can find the app in a strange situation and probably will be unable to find where the problems are.
  The developer can't also restore the buggy version since i'm working in the current one...
  Can the developer load my app in another private space?

  I don't have time to spend to debug the Appery platform
  But i can't also wait an undefinite time...

Hello!

Once again sorry for delay!

App crashes because of huge resolution of app icon. You set it to 2049x2049 image. There is no need to set it so big. The biggest icon resolution needed for Android app is 192x192 (http://developer.android.com/design/s... and http://iconhandbook.co.uk/reference/c...) in devices with XXXHDPI screen resolution. Even if you change icon image to "Pocaterra_Blue_512x512.png" (in media manager) it will fix apk installation.

So ... it was a stupid error made by me ... now it's my time to be sorry...

Is now installed also on Android but ... the app do not anymore work as i stated above.
No news about that?
This can't surely be a my error since the iOS binary version was working and it has stopped to work after some days.

Can I do something?

I'm Sorry for my delay... 2015 uphill... we also experienced a cloud system fault ...

Finally it works.
It has been necessary to move service to a new proxy channel with the "old service implementation" SELECTED
