Hello, I need to get on the phone with someone and solve this or I will have to pick another app dev company to work with. I have business partners that needs apps fast.

We were able to open successfully all your shared projects, so one of the solutions here is to delete this one that causing such behavior on your side and start the new one.

I have already re-created the app several times, and I can open them, but I cannot save them. I am sorry you can't help me more, I really want to use your system.

As I can see you have only one project in your account, and it wasn't deleted.

Another way is to make a new account and try from there.

We are sorry for inconvenience. I have just opened your ShaleMart app successfully, added button, saved and tested on preview. There was no error. Could you open app and check if changes were applied on your end?

OK I just deleted the app and tried to start over like the previous post suggested, and I was still unable to save any changes, then I made myself a new account, and I still cannot save any changes. I have windows 8 and am using the latest browsers, and cannot use your software yet - now I can't give up because so far you are the only company that provides the tools I need. What should I do?

Hi Jim - it's pretty strange, as we don't have such behaviour under Windows 8. What browsers have you tried?
