Hello Mike,

You have made some changes on source tab and we were not able to build .ipa file with our bundle id because it was not applied. We deleted edited files from iOS folder and clicked "Undo all source changes". While testing on iPhone 5 (iOS 7) there is no white screen. This problem might be because of changes in source code. Please delete edited files, undo changes and try again.

I've tried this but the problem still persists.

The only changes I've made to the source code are these:

config.xml:

• Hid splash screen spinner

  .plist:

• Set the UIPrerenderedIcon to true in BOTH places (The iOS Keys tab in App Settings only set this in one location--it didn't remove the shine on some devices until I set both to true)

*Just a side note: I have a different app with (what I believe to be) the same source settings and do not have the problem I'm having here.

...And I'm also able to successfully export the IPA with the above changes to the source code.

We were not able to export .ipa because after you edit source files (in your case .plist) changes you do through editor won't be applied. So bundle id we specified on App Settings--iOS binary tab was not applied while the build and it failed.

So we deleted entire content from iOS folder (all edited files) and clicked undo source changes. Now there is no white screen.

I am getting this same shifting up of the screen after I just uploaded my own Launch Images. It starts out fine but then shifts up and the status bar appears. Launching from Xcode source file to my Iphone 5s 7.1. I never touch the Source Tab so I haven't changed anything there.

The app is shared with Support. DejaWho

Any Ideas on how to fix this?

Sorry for delay. We need to test this on device. It can take some time. We'll keep posting as soon as have more information.
