Hi Illya:

Thanks for your support!!

I've imported certificate ( .p12 file ) and provisioning file. So it passed the first round, but then I found:

Code Sign error: No matching codesigning identity found: No codesigning identities (i.e. certificate and private key pairs) matching “iPhone Distribution: Mercedes Benz M\xC3\xA9xico, S. de R.L. de C.V. (F353B95539)” were found.

Please try again.
You can also email us a href="mailto:support@appery.io" rel="nofollow"support@appery.io/a and tell us about this problem

Do you have any clue what is happening?

Thanks!

Hello!

Could you clarify what bundle id you use?

Hello, I keep receiving the same error (see image below). I have followed all steps in detail and all my certificates are valid. My Bundle ID is "io.appery.app.EBSSGlossary" (taken right from the iOS Binary screen in AppSettings).

I generated my .p12 file using my private dev key from Keychain Access application. I am using a Distribution Profile (for Ad Hoc distribution).

It seems many users are running into this issue.

You said to check that the correct BundleID is used. Where do I check this? Initially you set the BundleID when creating the App ID, and I've done that. Where else would I check the Bundle ID?

Hello!

This error means you have incorrect pair of Provisioning profile - Certificate.
In your Apple developer account please check if Provisioning profile is matching certificate you specified in Appery.io app settings.

Hello Maryna,

I'm providing images below to show you that I am using the "Distribution" Provisioning Profile with the "Distribution" private key (.p12 file).

The error says that the profile is not signed with a matching "developer" certificate. However, I'm not using a "Developer" profile. I'm using a "Distribution" profile. I can use the "Developer" profile in my Apple Developer Account and then sign it using the "Developer" key in my Keychain access, and see if that creates a .ipa file, but why wouldn't this work with a "Distribution" profile and a matching "Distribution" .p12 file? Please keep in mind that ALL of this is very new to me - this is my first app being submitted for Ad Hoc distribution, so I may be using the wrong phrases here, but I think you understand well the issue I'm having. Thank you.

I saved a new .p12 file (iPhone Developer Cert) and also a new provisioning profile (EBSS Glossary Developer Provisioning Profile) and used both in App Settings. This time, the .ipa file exported successfully. So, why doesn't this work with Distribution profiles and certificates? Can I use the Developer profile and certificate to distribute ad hoc apps?

Glad it worked! Thank you for update!

[quote:]why doesn't this work with Distribution profiles and certificates?
Not sure yet. Could you post/send to a href="mailto:support@appery.io" rel="nofollow"support@appery.io/a screenshot from Provisioning Profiles - Distribution - select Provisioning - click Edit

[quote:]Can I use the Developer profile and certificate to distribute ad hoc apps?
if under "distribute" you mean publishing app on App Store, the answer is no.
