Yes, but not good news unfortunately. Looks like a bug, we've tested already on Android 2.3.5- result is the same, but need to cover more devices. I'll let you know about the result, but most likely we would need to report about this problem.

dont bother on my behalf about the bug, I won't be using web apps, may be a js error if someone tries to publish a web app with services or db may be good 
We've tested this bug. It appears on Android 2.3 and old versions of iPhone.
Will fix it asap.
