Maryna,
Yes sorry I got confused it is a bit odd having to click 'edit event', make changes and then click 'edit event' again to save the changes.
This was compounded by the fact that changes appear to be saved but they are not having any effect when the project is tested.
For e.g. I deleted the 'invoke service' event code (it no longer shows in the editor) but on testing the app behaves like it was still there. I then added a button to the page and added a 'run javascript' event to display an alert but this has no effect. On another page I cannot add any new controls at all, they show in the editor but not when testing. Something fundamental seems to be broken not just the invocation of services.
Any feedback on this yet?
Hi Kevin,
Please check if you changed sources: http://docs.appery.io/tutorials/sourc...
If there are no blue files please share your app with a href="mailto:support@appery.io" rel="nofollow"support@appery.io/a
Yes I had changed some source files - does that mean that the project is 'broken'? How can I restore it so that the designer matches the files? Also is this connected with the page load/show not invoking the services?
Kevin,
After you change source code any further changes won't be visible in Appery.io editor. You can delete these files and click Undo all source changes to be able to edit pages within Appery.io builder again.
Yes, I created another test app and it worked
