Resume till now.
iPhone 5 with iOS 9.3.5(13G36) is been automatically registered in Appery Devices collection database , but device does not receive any message.
iPhone 5S iOS 10.1.1(14B100) does not automatically register in Appery Devices collection Database, so not message can be send.
iOS settings Push Certificate is correct and checked using Dry Run option. Scheduled and history shows that message was received by Apple.
LAST UPDATE:
WOW...I am getting a invalid token message from the Scheculed and History when I try to send a message to the registered iPhone 5 with iOS 9.3.5 and then the iPhone device registration is removed from the devices collection....

The point here is that you MUST have to certificates. One for iOS Development and another for the Push Notifications. That was the mistake I was making...
Device now is been registered and iOS device ( even iOS device 10.1.1 ) is receiving the notification.
