If I subscribe the service, can I request the server located in Asia Pacific region? I found your current servers are located in US Amazon AWS data center. Am I right?

Hello! Our servers are in the USA.
Yes, our current servers are located in US Amazon AWS.
As Marina said, we are currently hosted in the US. Any particular reason you would like hosting in Asia Pacific region?
Because of our target customers are located in AP region, we have a performance issue if the servers are sit in US. Secondly, due to your servers are hosted in AWS, AWS allows the data center location selection like Singapore and Tokyo.
We have plans to expand into other Amazon regions as well. If you have a large customer base and this is urgent, please send an email to enterprise@tiggzi.com.
