Sometimes when moving components on the screen, you drop them somewhere and they appear to disappear. Is there a way to get those objects back or if not back, delete them? If you try to create another object with the same name, it say one already exists suggesting they are deleted/removed.
I did search for an answer here but didn't find one (might have the wrong search term).

You can use breadcrumbs above for navigation/searching.
Also try to search in browser.
To delete choose the component and press red button to remove it. 
Okay, thats find for items that you can see. These "lost" items seem to exist but I have no idea where they went when I accidently dropped them on a page. If I try to create a new item with the same name, it says that the name is already in use.
Is the "search in browser" that your talking about just crtl-f or is this some other search?

Hi - you can inspect your page elements in FireFox / Firebug it's called "DOM inspector" (http://getfirebug.com/dom).
