App not compatible with Nexus 7 in Google Play

My app has been design for Tablets and is saying it's incompatible in Google Play. I tested my App locally on my Nexus 7, but trying to install via Google Play, say it's incompatible.

I've been advised to removed access to the camera in settings and modify these settings:

I don't see any of these settings in the App settings - how do you mark your .APK to support different screen sizes?

Hello! Apps for Android are compatible for all screen sizes, there are no special settings. If you need to delete any permission you can do that in App settings - Android permissions section.

Hi!

I removed some permissions, and uploaded to Developer Console.

The Tablet compatibility warning light has gone. I'll wait a hour or two and try to install again from Google Play ......

Hi,

I believe for tablets you need to set the Android SDK to a minimum of Version 4.0 and remove any un-necessary permissions to device features you don't require.

You also need to upload your binary again and wait a few hours.

That solved the issue
