How do I:

Uncheck 'Render all pages in one HTML file' (jQuery Mobile multi-page template) or rename each Googlemap component to have a unique name?

Question/Problem Description
When the Map (G) element (or multiple instances) is placed on a page, sometimes instead of the map it shows the picture with the message: Preview Not Ready
or it is displayed in another place on the map.

Cause
This can happen when using multiple instances of the map element which all have the same name on different pages and having all pages rendered in one file.
