When sending a request to the Google Places Api and setting the data type to jsonp the response returns data but I get an unexpected token : error when trying to view in the browser. Any suggestions.
Where exactly do you get this error? Can you post a screen shot?
The error displays in the browser console.

FYI, I had this problem too and I think I fixed it using the Appery.io Proxy for the Google Places Service
