On phonegap binary (not web viewer / appery tester) when I visit a page for the first time the content of the page appears at 20% - 30% of the window height. When I visit the page again it never happens again until I close and open the app again. What is causing this?

I only have an android physical device. So I am not sure if the binary is also facing this problem on iOS. But I am using Android 4.4.x on my Nexus 5.
