Unable to delete the menu buttons on footer and google maps not showing exact location

Hi,
I've added the navigation buttons to the footer of one of the pages(ex: home page), But when i select and mouse move over I can not see any delete mark appearing on top right corner.
I am confused how to remove these buttons(ex: events,publishing buttons inserted in footer of the home screen)
Also the google map doesn't show up the exact location of the office.
out exact office location is : 25.277322,55.352913
but the above co-ordinates in app not showing the same location.

2) Could you clarify how do you set up office location?

Regarding the 2nd point.
I've added the component maps on the screen and set the Latitude,Longitude accordingly, Plz find the screen shot attached.

Hi Raj,
Please clear Address field in Properties panel. This is because when positioning in Google Maps, address field has a higher priority than coordinates.
