on the tutorial for building an app with registration, there was a step missing on the create_list_service to allow for the list to populate. any advice?

Sorry, I'm not sure I understand you correctly, could you please clarify the specific place in the tutorial, and explain what is missing?

When invoking services under merchandise_add_item they have a service for before send, but then there is nothing for success. so when you test the app you add an item and the list does not generate.
