Default App Icon Removed - Build Error Message

I received an Apple 3.5 metadata rejection because the appery default icon keeps showing up in my build. I removed the icons in the "Icons" folder on the "Source Tab" and uploaded images for all the other file sizes. When I tried to run the .ipa build I received a build error message. I tried to use the "Undo all Source Changes" feature, but that was not available. How can I fix this problem.

Owen,
You should remove the entire folder of icon or parent of this folder, and then make Undo all changes for all ios folder by clicking the gear icon near it and choosing the corresponding link to restore it. Please make the backup of your project before this procedure for any case.
