Hello,
Is there a Video/webinar/tutorial on setting up a "subscription-based" App using PayPal (w/ 30 day trial period) which would require a monthly payment for accessing the premium section of the App?
The App would be based on a freemium subscription-based model (Basic "free" section and Premium "paid" section).

I have already looked at this tutorial but it does not help with setting up "Subscription-based" monthly Paypal payment plans.

As development of custom application is something outside the scope of standard Appery.io platform support, you may consider purchasing Advisory Pack to get more in-depth help on this question. Here is more information about Advisory Pack (http://appery.io/services/#Advisory_Pack).
Subscription-based "Freemium" models are quite common. Not sure why you would treat that as something outside your scope.
