Cordova Plugins tab is missing from app settings.

I was trying to follow the tutorial from this page: https://blog.appery.io/2015/12/how-to... to add the background service.
However I cannot get through step one since there is no "Cordova Plugins" tab in the app settings.
Cordova Plugins tab is missing from app settings.

Do you have your app set to use the Ver 3.0 libraries ?
