Auto Update what version is added.

I have a question about Auto Update.

 My app auto updates and it works ok, (would be nice if there was a alert telling the user its updating) 

Anyway

If I push an Auto Update today then make one small change the next day to the app and upload the app the Google play what version of the app will the user get?

They would get the last build version, and it would also auto-update on that first app open.

So then they would download the newest version for google play then auto update would install an older version?
