I updated to library V3.1in the external resources and the CSS no longer works. I have CSS applied to my panel and now it doesn't work.

What is not working is my custom theme.
What I noticed is in V3.2, the SVG base64 is not working. For example the following doesn't get encoded properly. Please assist:

Please check the CSS for that component, update libraries version may affect to the DOM of the app, so that CSS doesn't fit that DOM
I figured it out. When you update from v2.1 to v3.3, the image folders are other folders move to a differentl location. Anything that Is in your theme file referring images will no longer work unless you move the folders to the right location. It took me 5 hours to figure that out
