I create app for rss, but if i want to show the detail of article it is go to the original website (not the mobile format). Can we reformat the original content to tiggzi format.

The article you go to is hosted on a different site. It check the client and most likely redirects you to their mobile site.

You can insert the frame but the content will still be formatted as on the remote site.
