Geolocation service don't run

My Geolocation service don't run, we was put the alert command in success, fail and complete event, and the service execution call the fail function and don't return any value

Are there any console errors?
I have this service always, this week stopped run. In console don't appears nothing, all times that service is called the event FAIL is called too. Never the success event is called
I call this GeoLocationService in 8 differents places in application and always run since October.
