Can you retain local storage outside the life of the app on IOS? For example I would like to keep data entered in a shopping cart without reconnecting to the backend DB.

Can you retain local storage outside the life of the app -- Yes, this is how local storage works.
Great that's what I thought but not seeing as when I close my app its losing the local data.
Have you an example?
this is a app installed on IOS - dont know if that makes any difference.
