I cannot expand and edit WEB_RESOURCES catalog, instead I got "Oops - an error occurred. Please try again in a few seconds!" message for much more than few seconds.

Could you please clear up browser cache and logout and login again to appery.io.
Didn't help - I bet it is the same issue as described here (http://goo.gl/Rwfwxw) and related to the last update/rollback disaster.
