I've just tested my app in wp8 and when I try to navigate to a page with "full screen refresh" parameter page doesn't load at all.
Can you, please, check if it's a known bug?

Please clarify, does your project work properly in the desktop browser? Are there any errors in the console?

My project works properly in desktop browser, in Android devices and iOS devices.
The only device where it doesn't work is Windows Phone 8.
No errors in console, as I stated it works well in all devices but WP8's.

Navigate to a page with "full screen refresh" won't work in Internet Explorer if the option for the application "Render all pages in one HTML file (jQuery Mobile multi-page template)" is marked. As a variant you should disable one of these options.
