Counter Value set to three when listing on app

Hello,
Quick question: when creating an app under list it only has three available. So, the counter value can't be set past 3. Is that only because it's the free plan? Also, if I upgrade to standard will I be able to list more? I'm working on a project.

Also, Once the app is published will the QR code go directly to the page?
