i can not see send push notification in my a/c, do i want upgrade my a/c

You don't see the Push notifications tab in your account?
means i can not generate push
How are you trying to generate a push?
i went to push tab next to database it went to https://appery.io/push/
on this screen i can see only following things not any thing to create new push notification.
Total statistics
Push notifications sent
0
0% of 1,000,000
Push notifications sent shows the total number of pushes sent to all apps during current billing period.
