It's entirely up to you how to sell the app once you built it, including your web site.

I know that it is entirely up to me to choose how to sell the app. The question is about how to place the app on my website and make it possible for people to buy it

To add: you can build .ipa or .apk binary file and save them on your server.

You need to have software that will enable you to sell products/apps. That's outside the scope of what Appery.io does and our support.
