Please try following:
Delete camera service.
Add camera service again.
Add datasource(that you need).
Use this datasource.

oops on further testing the app seems to be returning something like this ?

Is there any info on how to use sourceType = PhotoLibrary
and save images on the backend ?

The bug is fixed on test environment and should be on production in the end of February.
