I am new in mobile applications using appery.io
Now I was create a sample application.It tested ok fine. but it cannot download the binary file .xap for windows phone.

Could you please clarify are you getting an a error message? Could you please show it to us.
No error message. I attached screen shot below.
In Appery.io , Just I click Export button -Binary (.xap) for windows phone.--shows img1 file. And displayed the Below screenshot-shows img2
but I click apk binary file it downloaded for android.

Have you defined the Publisher ID in Windows Phone binary for your app Settings?
No
where can I get a publisher id .Its get the id is free or any cost ?
If it is free,when will the id.
pls give me the complete details.
You need to be a registered as an app developer at Windows Phone Dev Center: https://dev.windows.com/en-us/join
The registration process is not free - I believe that they have different payments methods with tokens and discounts for students, you will need to check this on their site.
