Has autoresponse from email support been discontinued?

I used to receive a "we got your email" within minutes of submitting an email support request. On my last couple of emails I've received nothing - and my email has not been logged in to my account. I always use the priority support form to make the submission. What is happening?

Do you still experience this?
Have you tried after browser cache cleared?

Hello Alena. I tried submitting a new ticket after clearing cache -- it's been about 10 minutes and still no response received.

Yes Evgene - just tried to submit new test ticket and received no confirmation within about 7 minutes.
