Why does Appery use Cordova library 3.0 when in App setting I specified 1.1 Libraries version. Which should use 2.9.0 ?

Exported eclipse project.
Looking at Appery source view cordova.js and JAR is 3.0

Push and barcode scanner plugins not working either.
Must have something todo with wrong cordova version....
There are no source changes
