iOS 9 app unable to be downloaded

App downloaded and worked fine before upgrade to iOS 9.3 - now it no longer downloads on my iPhone 6S at all.

Could you please clarify your issue with more details - where you can't download the application?
I create the QR code for an Xcode build, scan the code with my QR reader on an iphone 6S running iOS 9.3. I then get the usual message "Appery would like to install xxxx".
However after that, I get an error message "unable to download app... "xxx could not be installed at this time".
I don't get the same error on an iPhone 5 running iOS 9.1 - the app downloads and installs fine.
Any update? Paying $$ each month for Appery - it needs to keep pace with iOS releases!

Also ensure that this device is included in your provisional profile file.
If needed recreate it and reconnect this pair of files - certificate and provisional profile in your project.
Sorry, my fault. Someone had given me the wrong UDID. Thanks for the help.
