How can I use a custom jquery mobile theme with Tiggzi?

I found documentation here, but these screenshots don't correspond to anything I see in the web-based mobile builder interface:

We are adding support for jQuery Mobile ThemeRoller in our next release.

Meanwhile, any suggestions on how I might be able to present to client with custom theme? Can I export html created on tiggzi and just replace the theme on my own server, for example?
