I was trying the Salesforce Contacts API Sample App plugin for Appery, but it gave the following error:

Plugin(s) contain pages.
Adding more pages is not permitted by your current plan. Please upgrade your plan.
"
Is there no way to run this without a plan upgrade? Thanks.
Hello! No, it's not possible unfortunately. If I understand correctly you have Starter plan, this plan has restriction on page number. Salesforce Contacts API Sample App plugin has more then 3 screens.
Perhaps the tutorial should be changed so more people will not waste time trying to test appery and Salesforce. According to the doc:
Before you start
Sign up for the Appery.io Starter plan (free).
Go to http://appery.io/salesforce, use the promo code, you will be able to import the plug-in.
I've searched that page and the forums and tutorials and I can't find any promo code.
