how to hide title name of app

You have install app and you have touch of app icons in android phone

app are open then

you have see app title name are in just 1 sec with black screen

i need a hide this one, How to ?

and other

that next time open a Launch Images

there are big time to wait for application

can i set own time to opening Launch Images ?

sir point is

i have open app fast black screen at 6 to 7 sec wait that time i see Top i see title of app name

then load a Launch Images at 3 sec

then agen black scree 3 sec

then app main page

can i change black to read color ? where are we change color

and remove a black screen ? where i go
