Hopefully this is a simple question but I want to be able to use the facebook api but I don't have any more pages available and I don't want to upgrade just yet. I want to create the facebook login on a popup instead of a page.

Could you please clarify did you try to follow this tutorial http://devcenter.appery.io/tutorials/... and use popup instead of new page?
It won't let me import the facebook api because it has pages and I don't have any more pages available.

This happens when you try to add a popup?
No when I click Create New -- From Plug-In -- Select Facebook API -- Imported Selected Plugins
I don't want the pages I just want the plugin

Unfortunately looks like the only ways for you are to upgrade your plan or optimize your app to have a possibility to add this plugin.
