Popup / panel menu has moved to the left side of the editor in Chrome. See image for what I am describing. I cannot select any panels or popups to edit because the control is overlapping the controls toolbar.
It has been like this for the past 4 or 5 days.
I have cleared my cache several times as well as shutting down Chrome.

Could you please clarify, do you have this issue in other browsers?
No, just in Chrome. However, if I use Firefox, the Testing Emulator craps out about every 30 mins and requires about a 30 minute wait until it comes back.

Could you please check that you don't use any 3rd party programs that may affect to the work of Appery.io, such as antivirus or firewalls?
I have not changed anything on my computer in the last 10 days, and I have always used chrome Appery development.
However, I just tried the App Builder under another user name in Chrome and it is working fine. It has something to do with this particular instance of Chrome, so lets not spend any more time on it. If I figure out what the culprit is I will let you know.
