I'm new user and your service looks great!
I really like angular and bootstrap beta preview on your service... I would like to use Angular Material design - it is much more advanced layout and style (https://material.angularjs.org) with mobile-first approach. Can you please tell me if it is possible or (if not) if there is any chance that you include this library in your service.

It's something we are planning, but don't have an ETA. We are improving Bootstrap/AngularJS and working on adding Ionic framework.

We would love to hear your feedback on Bootstrap/AngularJS features that we have so far.

I'm looking forward to see your solution... also to add Ionic framework is great idea.
In the meantime I'd like to use paper design theme for bootstrap (http://fezvrasta.github.io/bootstrap-...) which is "free for no-profit projects" and i think it will not mess with angularjs. Can I still use designer if I change files in css folder under WEB_RESOURCES ?

Yes, of course, but would advise to override CSS with CSS file in the editor
Create New - CSS - then add any style changes in this file, instead of making it source tab

Wanted to check in on the status of this since 8 months have passed. Is there any progress in adding Material Design libraries (angular or ionic) in appery?

No update on this yet. We are still working on adding core Ionic functionality such as Ionic components. Once we have all the core covered, we will have more time to spend on UI extensions.
