This particular test I'm using the old builder.
Click the down arrow beside the TEST button.
Public : is checked
Show in mobile frame: is checked
Unchecked them both, saved project, rechecked them, saved again.

What am I doing wrong?This used to work six months ago. Actually on March 21 2015. Perhaps something has changed with policy?

Just tested and it works for me as expected. Please make sure that you click save button after applying "Public" for your link.

Upgraded Project to the new builder. Now public works.
