Before Paying - Some Questions

Hi
I am considering subscribing to your service however I have a few questions as the information is somewhat unclear on your website.
Do paying subscribers get a better level of support than what is currently on offer at https://getsatisfaction.com/apperyio/? Or this forum based system the only level of support you offer?
The standard plan at $19 a month says I can create three apps... so does that mean during the lifetime of my subscription I can only create a maximum of three apps? Also if my app is built using your service and is on the App Store / Google Play and I stop my subscription with Apprey does my app stop working on my customer's devices?
I understand I need a devolper's account with Apple and Google to publish apps to their app stores and I already have dev account's for both. Are the apps submitted directly from Apprey to the App store or do I still need to submit ios apps via an Apple computer and Xcode?
I noticed on the support website a few people have asked for help getting certain things to work such as third party api's and Apprey staff responded that it was beyond their level of support to help them. Is this just because they are free subscribers and paying subscribers will actually get support for whatever they need help with?
Do you plan on updating the tutorials so they are relevant to the updated system? As I only joined as a free subscriber yesterday in which to test your system before paying and it's clear all the tutorials are showing a older version of your software.
I am really keen to try and use Apprey but before I can commit I would need the questions answered.
Many Thanks
Robert

Hi Robert,
Questions from paying subscribers has a higher priority. To get priority support contact us via special form on our site (available for paid subscriptions only). You can also contact us via regular email or at https://getsatisfaction.com/apperyio/.
Standard subscription allows you to develop up to 3 applications simultaneously. If you export and delete one, you can create another one instead. It's possible to create a backup and restore the app from it. If your app uses Appery.io backend (Database, Push) you'll need to continue paying.
iOS applications can be submitted only via xCode - this is Apple restriction:

We constantly update our documentation. In general, documentation is always up to date. Could you please point what docs need to be updated?

Thanks for the answers. A lot of the tutorials are out of date including the very first one they refer to a method of mapping a database to a list. The tutorial describes the old way before the recent update and also has old images showing the older software version. The tutorial I refer to is literally the very 1st one in which you create a list and populate it using a warehouse database list rest service

We will check what we can do here... To start we will add a link to a new mapping doc in every tutorial. Sorry for inconvenience.

Hello,
Currently we support two versions of builder, please read this doc which shows how to use new builder feature Model and Storage http://devcenter.appery.io/documentat...
Tutorial is working, you just need to replicate using new features.
