The Facebook login worked fine but after logging into Facebook I get the following problem.
It does not open Facebook_Me page. Is the meService supposed to invoke automatically?

Hello. Yes, I followed those instructions and clicked on "import selected plugins". And I have set the client_ID as the ID in the Facebook dashboard and the project_ID as my app's ID. I cannot repeat that step as my plan does not allow to have multiple pages apparently. Is it possible to delete the plugin and re-import it?

You should remove pages that have been added together with the plugin, as well as services and JavaScript file. Then import the plugin again, make sure you have not checked mark Render all pages in one HTML file (jQuery Mobile multi-page template) in the App settings
