Popup display for half a second and disappear immediately on iPhone

Hi, I have this page with one button to trigger a popup.
It works fine on browser and android. But on iPhone, it appears for half a second and then disappear for the first time. after that it works fine.
Please try this link on iphone.

Hi Sergiy,
There is no error in weinre.I checked the DOM and it looks fine. this only happens in iphone and ipad.
