When my phone app is not connected to WIFI, the iframes do not load. For the iframes, it says, "website not available." I checked, and I can access the site through my mobile browser without problem; it only does not work in my app. In WIFI, everything works fine.

Hello,
What device are you using for testing? If Android did you enable "INTERNET" on the "Android Permissions" tab?

It is an Android. Will you please tell me how to change permissions? If it regards the app, I accepted all the options. Again, I note that the site in the iframe works in my chrome browser, and other apps seem to work. Thank you.

I just tested a different app, and it also would not load. Upon load, the screen popped open a message saying "cannot continue" because lack of connection. How can I make my app display a similar warning message pop-up that tells the user the app cannot load at this time, if the connection is inadequate?

Android permissions:

You can try to use Apache Cordova InAppBrowser plug-in instead of iframe

Thank you. I need the iframe in order to maintain my header and footer. The inappbrowser is insufficient. How can I display a loading message that tells the user the app cannot connect when the connection is inadequate?

And, yes, Internet is enabled under the permissions tab. There has to be a way to fix this; it does not make any sense that my pages will not load in the iframes but will load in the mobile browser. Is this a flaw in Appery? Why can this not be fixed? I do not want an inappbrowser; I need the iframes, and this could ruin the whole app.

You can use Phonegap online/offline events

http://docs.phonegap.com/en/3.0.0/cor...
We'll check test case with iframe and internet connection and get back with update.

Hello!
We have tested iframe with mobile internet and didn't have such problems. Could you share your project with a href="mailto:support@appery.io" rel="nofollow"support@appery.io/a?
