Problem with online test

While testing response everything works fine and data posted from app shown in database as well, but after scanning app same data missing and not shown. please help.

Iam published app for test, scanned and tried to send request. Nothing happen

Yes, test fails... still fails. Is it any additional things i have make to app before publishing? Or my guess is right and if app sending info to database from testing mode so it might work after publishing too?
Are there any errors in browser console?
What do you mean under Testing mode: Preview or test running app in a browser?
