problem imported plugin cordova toast

I am importing a cord plugin (Toast) so far so ok, but when I call it gives error, can help me?

Cordova plugins work only on real devices, but don't work in the browser and Appery.io app tester.
Hello Sergiy, I generated the application for android (apk) and installed on the tablet, yet the error continues
Try upgrading to the v3.0 library. Someone mentioned this was the solution in an older thread.
