Hi Terry,

Please make sure that you uploading the correct file as your certificate, there should be a .p12 file which contains your certificate file and your private key.

Thanks Illya, I will look into it. I had a colleague get the keys for me as he has done it before. I guess he gave me the wrong file, a . cer file.

I now have the .p12 file and I also have a .pem file which appears to be a public key

I selected the .p12 file and used the password that my colleague gave to me, but I am still getting the same error.

By the way the name of the file is 'ADI Buddy private.p12'. Is it the spaces in the filename?

The other file, (which i have not used) is 'ADI Buddy.pem'

Also have I put the password in the right field or should it be in the third field?

Hello Terry,

Could you try avoiding spaces and using underscores instead and report on the result?
Also, this video can be helpful: https://docs.appery.io/docs/appexport...

I have tried renaming the file to Dev_IOS.p12 as per the video, this did not make any difference

The .p12 file should contain your certificate file which signed with your private key, please make sure that it meets Apple requirements.
